No matter if you like cauliflower or not – to try cauliflower pudding is a must! The purée gives each variation a great, creamy consistency without dominating the taste of the dish – surprisingly! The high vitamin and mineral content and the low calorie amount make cauliflower a light, healthy eating pleasure.
The basic recipe always looks the same: Steam 200g cauliflower and let it cool. Add dates (depending on the sweetness desire 2-5 pieces) and blend it to a nice smooth purée. Weiterlesen
Semolina pudding with fruit compote – when my mom started to cook the traditional spelled dish, our mouth was already watering. The simple recipe tastes for breakfast, as a dessert, as a snack or even as a light dinner. We have adapted it to our needs and would like to introduce you to a vegan version. (Of course, instead of almond milk, cow’s milk or even cream can be used.) The spelled can be replaced by any other type of semolina)
