Vegan Lucernese Gingerbread/ Veganer Luzerner Lebkuchen

One of the hottest summers in history (according to the records) is slowly coming to an end. Oh, how we enjoyed it: swimming, hiking and yoga in the garden, Nicecream, vegan BBQs, vegetables and herbs directly from the garden – and hours and hours of playing in the forest. The thermometer still shows 30°C, and we still have a few weeks of river swimming and sea bathing. However, the light coldness in the early morning hours and the birds on the electricity wires clearly show: Autumn is on its way!
